Mr. Febbroriello is a seasoned securities lawyer with robust experience in complex public and private securities transactions in the U.S., Asia and Europe. As former general counsel of a private equity firm, Mr. Febbroriello has transacted over $500MM in debt and equity securities. He is well versed in a variety of transactions that span the gamut of complex securities transactions including public and private market acquisitions and dispositions, general/limited partnership structures, PIPE offerings, public/private securities offerings, SEC reporting and SOX compliance, M&A, fund formation, on/off-shore IPOs and roll ups and even a privatization deal.
Mr. Febbroriello is a graduate of Hong Kong University, Suffolk University Law School, and Gettysburg College. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Finance, a Juris Doctor, a B.A. in Psychology and he speaks and writes Mandarin Chinese. While attending law school Mr. Febbroriello clerked for the Rhode Island Business Court under the Honorable Michael J. Silverstein. He also studied EU law at Lund Universitet in Sweden.
Mr. Febbroriello is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Texas. He holds (inactive) Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses, he is licensed with the Texas State Securities Board and he is a registered FINRA arbitrator.
